There is a simple truth that every worship keys player knows.
At times we wish that it wasn't true, but deep down, it's commonly understood...
In order for your keyboard to sound good- it must be RED.
In fact, the more red your keyboard is, the better it actually sounds, and big keyboard brands are picking up on this.
To show you what I mean, we just released a new video, comparing EVERY red keyboard we could find, starting with some affordable options, and moving up to keyboards that cost more than a car...
Trust me, you don't want to miss this very scientific analysis!
Okay- I'm joking here... if you watch the video you'll see how out of hand it got.
But the point I'm trying to make, is that we often think our overall sound would improve if we bought the expensive red keyboard. But I've always believed that you don't need to spend thousands of church budget dollars on a brand new keyboard to have quality sounds.
I always advocate for churches to use the keyboard they already own, a few cables, and an iPad running the Sunday Keys App, you can level up your keys sounds and empower your volunteers with a simple and intuitive way to approach the keys position.
